Assistant Sales Implementation Manager


Minimum Requirements

1. Education: BS in Computer Science, Master in computer is an advantage

2. Experience: At least 3 years – preferably 5 years in implementing and supporting O2C cycle modules

3. Languages required to be known: Strong communicator and fluency in English

4. Demonstrate strong knowledge on Oracle & Siebel.

5. Demonstrate strong Analytical & problem solving skills.

6. Should possess technical knowledge to guide developers to build custom objects.

7. Strong written and verbal communications.

8. Logical thinking, Self confidence and innovation.

9. Project Management experience a strong plus.

10.Large scale complex servicing implementation experience preferred


Purpose and Scope

Techno/Functional Administration of Oracle OM and CRM. Deals with the testing of new application and fault finding, creating/modifications of process flows, working with computer coding languages and data extensive migrations. Assist in the management and establishment of a stable Order Management & CRM system and ensure that the essential core design features and elements of the system are implemented i.e. requirement analysis, design, development, training and end-user support.


Responsibilities

1. Manages the Order to Cash Cycle

a. Assist Sales Implementation Manager to have a effective and efficient implementation of ERP & CRM modules for O2C cycle.

b. Co-ordinate and ensure Handheld application is properly integrated with the ERP & CRM modules.

c. Proactively work to identify the areas of improvement / enhancement to facilitate sales team to meet their objectives.

d. Manages the development of customized sales reports.

e. Provide Support on O2C and CRM operations.

f. Coordination with inventory and Finance to ensure smooth and timely close of period.


2. Sales Visibility

a. Design and architect the development of new requirements for OBIEE

b. Troubleshoot data discrepancies.


3. Backup resource for ORACLE Incentive and Compensation application.


4. Daily – ensure smooth sales operations without issues on ERP & CRM.


5. Monthly – ensure smooth and timely period closure.
