Corporate Planning Manager


Purpose:

To direct and manage the development of company Business Plan as well as to assist in monitoring progress of the plans with the objective to ensure the alignment between the developed business plan and company strategy, in accordance with budgetary guidelines and rules of the Company.


Minimum Requirements

1. Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent


2. Experience and Competencies:

More than 15 years of professional experience

Knowledge of petrochemical industry

Management accounting

Computer literacy in MS excel, MS word

Ability to analyze very complex Operations data and draw logical conclusions.

Ability to finalize very complex reports

3. Responsibilities:

Corporate Strategy:Plan and develop the corporate long-term strategy in
order to materialize the Company’s vision and objetives

Business Planning: Direct subordinates in organizing and developing the Company’s business plan through providing them with the proper guideline and information to ensure the alignment of business plans with corporate strategy.

Work Coordination: Lead coordination with Shareholders, company-wide meeting and business arrangement with 3rd parties to ensure the alignment between shareholders’ requirements and the developed business plans

Budget Follow up: Take initiative to control expenditures to ensure the
alignment with business plan and budget limits. Interface with Finance unit to insure compliance with corporate budgetary requirements and guidelines.

Evaluation of subordinates: Appraise the performance of the employees under his
control in order to evaluate their contribution to realization of the departmental business targets.

Reporting of management information: Provide useful information to the management for its decision making, including board of directors meeting write-ups and accountability report.
