Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in fuel retail sector.
Minimum of 3 years’ in management position.
Relevant experience in technical activities.
Good leadership & interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English language.
Arabic speaking candidate is preferred but not essential.
GCC experience is preferable.
Plans, schedules and provides work direction as required for preparation of design, processes, reports, correspondence and related data and assures the efficiency, adequacy and conformance to overall objectives of all phases of very complex engineering problems.
Supports the development and formulates the basis for engineering studies in any of several basic or special engineering fields by analyzing and evaluating all data pertinent to problems.
Evaluates data as to scope, effect on existing installations, economic value, long range planning and budgetary considerations.
Leads the activities of project proposal that include development of scope, functions, interrelationship, integration, physical solution definition, cost estimate, etc.
Leads execution efforts for project proposal, initiatives, studies, and continues improvement of solutions and problem solvers
Leads project execution in all phases.
Initiates detailed work outlines and makes decision as to basic approaches, processes and/or equipment.
Performs work and /or delegates work to other engineers for final development of specialized or technical proposals and proposed projects.
Act as technical consultant when it is required.
Discusses, coordinates and resolves problems related to work activities.
Recommends new technologies and/or new processes that have positive impact on company performance.
Develop scope and description of technology items, and leads the implementation and operation of developed solutions in the field.
Handles process studies and design if required.
Reviews design packages, specifications, plans …etc. and provide the comments and recommendations.
Conducts engineering analysis and the development of recommendations and alternatives in the solution of complex problems.
Conducts special studies as assigned.
Maintains contacts with the counterparts in other departments to exchange ideas and information.
Prepares and deliver business presentations as needed.
Provides training to staff in different areas.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed.
