Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required
Additional certifications such as MBA, CA, CPA preferred
A minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field of financial analysis, preferably in a nonprofit sector.
Duties Performed
Analyzes financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
Conducts general analysis of finance reports, obtained from various departments such as sales, marketing, purchase, production, communication etc.
Monitors and reviews accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Interprets data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, future trends in investment risks, and economic influences.
Determines new and effective techniques for financial planning for NITI
Maintains knowledge and stays abreast of developments in the fields of industrial technology, business, finance, and economic theory.
Contributes to the preparation of business presentations and briefing papers for the senior management and the Executive Director.
Conducts compliance activities such as revenue assurance, support to tax, compliance and cost assurance.
Provides inputs to ad hoc and special projects within the Finance team and the business as required
Reads financial statement of NITI and takes into consideration sales, expenses and production cost and recommends investments and forecasts future earnings for the organization.
Prepares plans of action for investment based on financial analyses and presents the same to the Finance Unit Supervisor.
Determines the prices at which securities should be syndicated and offered to the public
Keeps abreast with the latest trends and techniques in the field of financial analysis
Keeps abreast of international economic and monetary data trends and identifies trends which may affect NITI
Invests temporarily surplus funds, develops and implements investment policies and drives cash forecasting and reporting.
Provides professional and technical expertise for the analysis and solutions of complex financial problems
Develops short and intermediate term cash forecasts for both corporate and trustee requirements.
