Minimum Requirements:
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing Secretarial and other support functions to the office and site based staff.
The Administration Assistant will report directly to the Administration Manager.The Administration Assistant will work closely with Receptionist, Document Controller and other Administration staff.
Duties Performed
Provide support to the Administration Manager on a day to day basis
Prepare and collate documents and files.
Typing, copying and distribution
Liaise with office and site based staff.
Receiving and sending of all documents.
Responsible for the stationary.
Liaising closely with Document Control and Receptionist on a daily basis.
