Minimum Requirements:
Engineering degree or CWI would be a plus.
Clad and Weld overlay experience in Hot Wire GTAW, Sub ARC and Elector Slag Process. Experience in running or holding responsible position in similar CLAD / Overlay operation will be a significant plus.
Welding & Fabrication background and experience in pressure vessel, piping systems per ASME, API Designs with understanding of the QA process required.
Project Management skills for operating a detailed oriented production requirement of Clad / Overlay Operations.
Presentable personality with excellent communication skill oral and written. Ability to make presentation to clients on technologies involved.
Profitably execute P&L, reducing costs with period over period productivity while concurrently driving sales growth.
Build organization to become regions Clad supplier of choice through technology infusion, relationship development and on time delivery of business deliverable.
