Project Cost Contoller


Minimum Requirements

1. Availability to work abroad: Kazakhstan/China;

2. University studies;

3. Knowledge/experience of Finance – Accounting Processes and Systems will be an advantage;

4. Good team player but also possess the ability to work on their own initiative; Flexible approach, focused on attention to details; Planning and forecasting abilities; Very good communication skills, comfortable dealing with all business levels; Proactive approach and resolution oriented; Ability to multitasking;

5. Very good English knowledge; Russian knowledge will be an advantage;

6. PC Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) – advanced level;


Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare, verify and reconcile financial / accounting reports in order to monitor the projects costs:

- Maintain the cash flow on the projects (actual vs budget);

- Check and maintain the financial balance sheet for projects;

- Carry out the conciliation/ preliminary verification of received invoices with the related contract;

- Issue/ run reports from the Company IT applications in order to conciliate information with other systems used for the management of cost control;

- Check and monitor the financial terms (amounts and payment terms, penalties etc) from the contracts of materials and services in order to comply with the contract;

Record, update and monitor information in the existing software applications related to projects in order to maintain updated and accurate reports;

Provide reports from the existing software applications (orders/ consumption/ stocks);
