Technical Documentation Specialist

Minimum Requirements

1. Availability to work abroad: Kazakhstan/China;

2. University Degree in Industrial Mechanics/Process Engineering;

3. At least 2 years of professional experience as Technical Documentation Specialist;

4. PC Skills (M/S Word, Excel, Outlook) – advanced level;

5. Knowledge and experience of engineering specific to the installations in the chemical and petrochemical industry; Knowledge and previous experience in working in a quality management system environment; Knowledge of legislation and regulations specific for this domain.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manages the technical documentation for design projects;

2. Manages the documents exchange between client and subcontractors and inside the project team according to the valid procedures;

3. Participates in the project team meetings and open tendering meetings and writes the minutes;

4. Keeps the registry of all valid documents and contracts;

5. Follow-up of the contract clauses, including deliveries;

6. Performs activities regarding the implementation, maintenance and improvements of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the Documentation Office;

7. Stays informed regarding the novelties from his area of expertise by consulting the specialized media and companies, with a view to improve the level of knowledge in the field within the company
