Marketing and Sales Manager


Purpose:

To set and control marketing strategy and all sales & Marketing variables used to achieve expected level of sales in the target market. To control and manage Marketer performance.


Minimum Requirements

1. Education:

First degree in management or marketing


2. Experience and Competencies:

15-18 years experience in marketing position at managerial level at a refinery or petrochemical industry

Excellent knowledge of refinery and petrochemical business

Excellent knowledge of Sales & marketing techniques

Business oriented

Ability to manage business and people in different markets

Negotiation skills

Leadership skills

Organisational skills

Customer service skills

Decision maker


3. Responsibilities:

Sales and marketing Strategy Development:Set and manage company’s sale & marketing strategy in line with marketing commite directions

Sales and marketing Strategy Management: Manage the implementation of the sales and marketing strategy and take necessary action to correct any deviation from the strategy

Manage Marketer Performance: Manage marketer performance in terms of pricing,
allocation, to achieve the highest performance toward company ultimate objective

Budget Follow up: Take initiative to control expenditures to ensure the
alignment with business plan and budget limits. Interface with Finance unit to insure compliance with corporate budgetary requirements and guidelines.

Quality Assurance Management: Manage and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and meet expectation.Manage regulation compliance to achieve sales & marketing strategy

RCIP development: Manage the business development of RCIP and coordinate with other department to secure services and products to the investors.

M&S HR Management: Manage staffing requirements for the department, and review and approve performance, training, and staff development program.

M&S Budget: Set marketing & sales overall budget required to achieve the strategical objective.
