1. LOTO/PTW Engineer
Minimum Requirements
Over 10 years LOTO/PTW Management experiences in field of Pre-commissioning & Commissioning HSE & Operation
LOTO Execution, Process understanding (P&ID Reading), PTW Management & Team Leadership
Main Roles
LOTO/PTW Management as Issuer
Interface Clearance and Hand-over to Company at the commissioning
phase
Periodic Reporting and Audit Preparation
2. Turn Over Manager
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience managing mega size somewhat
complex turnover & (pre)commissioning project
Functional knowledge of all areas of plant & facility
pre-commissioning, turn over, commissioning
3. Process/System Engineer
Minimum Requirements
Over 5 years experience in field of Pre-comm/Commisioning
Main Roles
Preparation of Procedure, Method Statement, etc.
Field Assistance for Pre-comm. activities like line blowing & flushing.
4. Mechanical Engineer
Minimum Requirements
Over 5 years experience in field of Pre-comm. & Maintenance
Main Roles
Preparation of Procedure, Method Statement,etc
Handling of Rotating Machinery like Conveyor & Feeder
5. Mechanical Engineer
Minimum Requirements
Over 5 years experience in field of Pre-comm. & Maintenance
Main Roles
Preparation of Procedure, Method Statement & etc.
Field Assistance for Pre-comm. Activity for various mechanical – package items (Especially for Alumina/Mine Project)
6. Planing Engineer
Minimum Requirements
1. Education:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Experience:
At least 10 years in the relevant field as a Process manager, Lead Planner level in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical,Refinery Projects
3. Other
PMP Certificate,Good command of English, MS Office literate.
7. Instrument QA-QC Inspector
Minimum Requirements
1. Education:
Bachelor Degree in Instrument Engineering
2. Experience:
At least 10 years in Oil and Gas, Petro-Chemical Refinery or Power Plant
3. Other
Good command of English, MS Office literate.
Location: Saudi Arabia
8. Electrical QA-QC Inspector
Minimum Requirements
1. Education:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Experience:
At least 5 years in Oil and Gas, Petro-Chemical Refinery or Power Plant
3. Other
Good command of English, MS Office literate.
Location: UAE
9. Mechanical QA-QC Inspector(Rotating Equipment)
Minimum Requirements
1. Education:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Experience:
At least 10 years in Oil and Gas, Petro-Chemical Refinery or Power Plant
3. Other

1. Education:
