Recruitment Representative


Purpose:

Participate in a variety of Saudi arab recruitment and selection activities under the supervision of the Staffing Service Section Head to ensure that the company recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.


Minimum Requirements

1. Education:

Bachelor or equivalent


2. Experience and Competencies:

4 – 8 years experience in human resources in a similar position

Fair knowledge of company’s products/ profile

Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Interpersonal skills

Organisational skills

Negotiation skills

Communication skills.

Follow-up attitude.


3. Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning:Develop an action plan to address approved manpower plan, including a recruitment schedule, candidates’ profiles based on job description and liaison with Section Heads in order to meet the company’s staffing requirements within deadlines

Prepare liaising with appropriate media and recruitment agencies to perpare vacancy notices, job specifications ensuring that these are as per company standards so that potential job applicants have all the information needed to apply for the vacancy. Provide applicants with information about the job, tasks, responsibilities, working conditions, terms and conditions of employment. Advise job applicants of the results of their application.

Respond to enquiries from candidates and agencies, Schedule Interviews/ exams and communicate timings to candidates and management, prepare interview materials, including forms, exam papers to ensuer full documentation of the selection process.

Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns and Periodically update and review Foundation portal for vacant positions.
