Business Development Analyst I (HSE)

Position Description:

Job responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Support the organization with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the organization objectives are met.
• Develop HSE documents including standards, manuals, policy & regulations.
• Provide support in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
• Support the organization management in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business.
• Provide support to the organization on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives.
• Develop HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as business requirements.
• Ensure training, all HSE meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s
• HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and
prepare/submit lessons learned to the management.
• Manage Safety Statistic reporting.
• Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the organization head.
• Provide HSE aspects for contracts preparation as requested.
• Develop project specific HSE procedures document.
• Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
• Ensure all work activities are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.
• Support HSE personnel in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:
• Bachelor Degree with specialization in HSE or related discipline.

Experience:
• 10 years relevant experience in retail business SHE.
• Worked in one of leading oil and gas companies (in downstream, distribution or retial) or similar experience.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Driven and results-oriented.
Language:
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• Some command of Arabic is beneficial but not essential.

Business Development Analyst I (Technical)

Position Description:

Job responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Develop new business strategies, conduct market analysis, and develop new and improved methods.
• Contribute to the development of the company’s retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) plan, organizational structure, manning levels, etc.
• Develop retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) cases to help review and create successful investments, marketing and sales strategies and operating policies.
• Manage retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) development process from screening through deal closure.
• Drive screening and validation activities to progress proposals through stage gates.
• Lead efforts to formulate a resource and funding plans to transform retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) proposal from concept to a closed deal.
• Lead retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) planning and economic modeling.
• Determine the scope and objectives of the deal, offering messages and “technical” solution that make up Saudi Aramco’s retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) offering.
• Provides administrative direction and personnel management to all assigned Retail business (Fuel/Non-Fuel) Development Analysts.
• Support the development and roll out of the different related programs.

expertise and will have solid experience in specific venturing activities such as commercialization, spin-offs or joint venturing.

Mechanical Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• BS Mechanical Engineering graduate with strong experience in oil and gas, petrochemical or any related industry;
• Minimum 10 year experience in HVAC and plumbing design and construction of mechanical systems for residential, commercial and community facilities.

Electrical Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• BS Electrical graduate;
• 10 year experience in the construction and execution of Electrical projects, primarily in residential, recreational, office buildings, schools, dining facilities, commercial premises etc.;
• Expert in low and high voltage.

Civil Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• BS Civil Engineering graduate;
• 10 year experience in the construction and commissioning of residential, recreational, office buildings, schools, dining facilities, commercial premises etc.

Instrumentation Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• Should be a degree holder preferably in the field of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation with 4 years related work experience.

Piping Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• BS Mechanical Engineering graduate With 4 years experience in piping, plumbing, HVAC and any related worked job.

Structural Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• BS civil Engineering graduate With at least 4 years experience in building construction.

Process Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• BS Chemical Engineering graduate/Chemistry With experience in laboratory for oil &gas, petrochemical industry.

Site Superintendent

Minimum Requirements:

• Engineering degree graduate Minimum of 5 years work experience in supervision and leading project.

Material Specialist

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum High School degree. 5 years of experience in Petrochemical Plant or Refinery as Maintenance Office Assistant, Material Coordinator, or Warehouse Assistant;
• Experience with SAP for both the MM and Plant Maintenance modules is preferred;
• Experience in creating, retrieving and/or tracking Equipment Bill of Materials, Purchase Requisitions, Notifications, Equipment History, Warehouse parts reservations within SAP;
• Excellent Safety record, good communication, interpersonal skills and computer skills are preferred. Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English (Full English Comprehension).

Safety/Field Compliance Officer

Minimum Requirements:

•High school / Diploma or equivalent professional Degree. Fluent in written and spoken English, Knowledge in implementation of personal protective Safety equipment, Implement Health, Safety & Environmental Program.

Cost Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management’ Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting, or closely related major. Min. of two (2) to Five (5) years cost engineering experience including at least one year devoted to petrochemical, refinery, pipeline, or power generation, projects. Must be familiar with industry practices, materials, equipment. For non engineers, minimum five (5) years to Ten (10) years of cost engineering experience is requested.

Scheduling Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer literate, Develop a construction plan / schedule/ budget which maximizes the efficiency of available resources of the projects to meet the needs of our customer, Create schedules and establish baselines by identifying scope and work break down, Sequence tasks and create detailed task codes to track progress, Create hour and duration estimates, Develop detailed project schedule and track progress, Reviews and audit own schedules and contractor schedule and plans control procedures and practices.

Quantity Surveyor

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Read and understand all forms of drawings and perspectives and interpret with other contract documents such as schedules, specifications and scope of work, Prepare detailed accurate quantity take offs based on issued for Construction (IFCs) documents\drawings, Project specifications and scope of work, Prepare sketches & dimensions on the IFC drawings, manually or using AutoCAD or PDF software to be able to support the quantities on the ledger, Prepare quantification with breakdown structure & pricing using Excel.

Project Controls Specialist

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Minimum 10 years experience in Planning & Scheduling, Project Controls and Monitoring, Project Specifications, Bids and Contracts, Budgeting and Cost monitoring, Project Budgeting and Financial control, Feasibility Studies and Financing, Project Planning and control Techniques, Management of Project Resources, Resource Planning of the Project, Claim Management, Responsible for effective Execution of Project Controls Programs on an assigned large major project/program in accordance with the company and applicable controls department procedures.

Estimating Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Study the project scope of works, clients’ requirement, BOQ, project milestones, and specification from the supplied bid documents, Prepare Estimation Schedule of the project and assign the files for action to nominate the bidders that will be invited to bid for each bid item, Quantify the project drawings and site area in order to determine the budget cost of the project, Competent in the use of MS-Word, MSExcel, MS-Project, and have a good working knowledge in computer.
