BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Specific projects which Sinclair has worked on include developing competency frameworks for the British House of Commons, assessment centres for senior managers of two major oil companies, coaching programmes for senior Romanian directors of a large multinational firm and team development for major merchant banks in London.
Sinclair was also responsible for the development and marketing of a brand new psychometric instrument, developed jointly by Cranfield School of Management and Penna Consulting which is the first of its kind in the marketplace to directly measure team performance as a whole (rather than the sum of individuals)

As a business psychologist, Sinclair has been involved in assessing people at the very highest areas of business and was responsible for building a competency framework for the highest level of directors and chairmen from major organisations in the City of London. His work also takes him on assessment projects in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, management development throughout Europe, including Romania, and coaching projects in the UK.
Sinclair has been the CEO of Premier Global International since 2008 and is also a board member for the Princess Margarita of Romania Foundation.
