Minimum Requirements

1. Education: Technical training(Essential)

2. Experience: Experience in food/ beverage industry(Essential)

3. Computer Knowledge: Ms office(Essential), SAP(Desired)

4. Languages required to be known:English(Essential) ; French, German, Arabic(Desired)

5. Legally required skills: International or locally registered Driving License


Purpose and Scope

Fulfill all technical and planning tasks in order to obtain and extent customer satisfaction.


Reporting Relationship

Reports to Technical Manager


Responsibilities

Planning and coordination of inspections and preventive maintenance at the customer site.

Coordination of trouble shooting at the customer site.

Manpower planning for inspection and preventive maintenance

Manpower planning and job assignment for daily/weekly tasks for production supervision.

Regular meetings with customer in order to discuss technical issues, shift planning and spare part issues.

Ordering of spare parts for preventive maintenance.

Advising customer for spare parts handling and stocking.

Manpower planning and job assignment for daily/weekly tasks for production supervision.

Preparation of technical reports and to do lists and follow up all actions.

Registering customer complaints, assuring information flow and coordinating required actions on site and involved parties.

Support of the customer staff regarding technical problems.

Daily / weekly reporting as per request (technical status, efficiencies).

If necessary, support and coordinate installation of filling lines.

Coordinating the installation of modifications/optimizations.
