Our Recruitment Specialists have at their disposal an internal database of more than 20 000 Romanian candidates in oil and gas industry and possibility to access an external database of more than 5 000 000 candidates through our international partners. Depending on the Recruitment project, our candidates will be notified with job alerts being invited to apply.

The Recruitment Project is promoted to reach new candidates through job web portals and search engines, business and social networks such as LinkedIn, Premier Global`s website and other advertising instruments and channels such as specific communities, forums, groups, associations, local newsletters from the areas with potential, etc.

The Recruitment Team allocated to the project will analyze the CVs of the candidates through a Technical Evaluation and English Assessment. Each CV will present a summary and batch of CVs will be transmitted electronically in an organized manner to the client, ensuring also the communication of the feedback to all of the candidates.

Premier Global will be in charge of organizing and facilitating the interview sesions between client and candidates. Thus we will ensure a smoothly process of final interviewing depending on client`s preferences: face to face interviews, Skype or telephonic interviews. Also, we will ensure all the administrative support to the client and we will maintain the communication with candidates for the next steps.

Premier Global Team will be in charge of the mobilization process of the selected candidates after the interviews. Thus, we will obtain Visas, where is necessary, medical check-ups, fly tickets and other logistics. We will also provide to candidates cultural and orientation training and in the same time we will maintain a close relationship with the families of the candidates.

We use numerous techniques to evaluate each candidate. Among those could be included: Competency Based Interview, Technical Evaluation, English Assessment, Case Studies, CV Scoring, Simulations, Presentations, Psychometric Testing, etc.

Depending on each recruitment project and client`s requirements, we estimate an average period of 10 working days since the recruitment project starts and the moment the client will receive the first batch of CVs accordingly with client`s requirements and requests.
